HAIR EXTENSIONS have to be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase and you must provide a tracking number.They must not be brushed or taken out of their packaging. They must be in new condition. Do not run your hands through them. They must be in the same condition you received them in. If they are not, we will refuse the return, no exceptions!
